Welcome to Snapimals! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Snapimals mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Snapimals, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Snapimals is a mobile application that allows users to create animal stickers from photos. The App processes images locally on your device to generate stickers. All photo processing and sticker creation occurs entirely on your device.

You retain all rights to the photos and images you use within the App. The stickers created by the App are derived from your photos and remain your property. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content.
All photo processing and sticker creation happens locally on your device. Your photos and created stickers are not uploaded to our servers or transmitted to any third parties through the App.
The App itself, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Snapimals and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snapimals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for any reason, without notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
